With our new “Buy Now” option, it's easier than ever for you to raise your profile on our platform!

What is “Buy Now”?

“Buy Now” is TeenLife’s storefront that sells programs and services to parents, students, educators, and advisors. Visitors can select the relevant category and sort the results by rating, cost, or alphabetical order. Once they find something they’re interested in, they can add it to their cart and purchase it right there using a secure credit card portal (powered by Stripe).

What Happens After Someone Buys a Product Through “Buy Now”?

After a program or service is purchased through “Buy Now”, the customer receives an automatic confirmation with the provider’s contact details and the provider receives an email containing details of what was purchased and by whom. 

You are responsible for following up with the customer regarding next steps, such as how to access the virtual service or program. The funds from the customer’s purchase will be held by TeenLife for seven days before being transferred to your Stripe account (minus the credit card fee and TeenLife’s share), just in case a refund is necessary. 

All products and orders are accessible in real time in a password-protected Vendor/Provider dashboard.
