UW offers 200 areas of study, a small student /faculty ratio, and renowned faculty. UW provides an environment for success. There are approximately 190 areas of study in the colleges of Arts & Sciences, Agriculture & Natural Resources, Business, Education, Engineering & Applied Science, Health Sciences, Law and the School of Energy Resources. The average undergraduate class size is 29 students. UW has 200+ student clubs and organizations and is a Division I-A Athletic school in the Mountain West Conference.
