    Overview

The mission of the Excelsior Community Food Pantry is to strengthen the Excelsior community by distributing food to families in need.

The Excelsior Community Food Pantry is looking for Saturday pantry volunteers and steering committee team members who are interested in joining a team of folks who will help with the operations end of the food pantry.

Volunteers set up food pantry, hand out food, and clean up afterwards. It’s easy and fun! We need volunteers from 10 am to about 12:30 pm. We are located at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living at 302 Silver Avenue (the corner of Mission and Silver.)

People of all ages are welcome to volunteer at the food pantry. We ask that kids 11 and under volunteer with a parent or other trusted adult.
