    Overview

A small college affiliated with the Missionary Church, Bethel provides educational opportunities for all students, traditional & nontraditional, who are interested in a liberal arts program of studies with career & personal growth orientations. Masters & preprofessional programs are also offered.

An accredited evangelical Christian college of the arts and sciences, Bethel College was founded in 1947. Our spirited community is made up of traditional undergraduate, adult and graduate students representing more than 25 denominational affiliations, 32 states and 11 countries, along with 250 full-time employees.

Bethel offers more than 50 areas of study, including unique programs like sign language interpreting and applied politics. Students gain real-world experience at Bethel, with course work and internship programs that prepare them for their calling and career. Through challenging academics taught from a Christian world view, students engage both mind and heart. With study abroad programs, short-term mission experiences and local service opportunities, Bethel trains students to be ambassadors for Christ in the world.
