    Overview

McPherson College offers majors in Health Science and Healthcare Management in areas of movement science, allied health, public & community health, and healthcare management. Each year 3 incoming students are selected to receive a full-tuition scholarship and 9 additional students to receive a $5,000 scholarship. These Health Professions Scholars will participate in signature outreach programs with McPherson Hospital and will be guaranteed one internship per year.

McPherson College is a private liberal arts college that is grounded in the belief that learning far transcends the classroom. Through an entrepreneurial attitude and experiential learning, you'll earn the right mix of relevant soft skills and technical expertise for your future. The opportunities to travel abroad, serve the community, and explore career pathways are all part of the McPherson College experience. McPherson College is focused on careers. It’s a focus that begins freshman year and is incorporated across curriculum in the classroom, in service opportunities, and in experiences outside of the classroom. 3/4 of our students secure a job before graduation and 99% are employed or placed in grad school within six months after graduation.
