About Warwick
Born out of boldness, imagination and collaboration, from the moment the first students arrived on our campus in 1965, we’ve been forward-focused. A member of the Russell Group, we’re consistently present in the rankings of the UK’s and the world’s greatest universities, and we are 32 in the world for our reputation with employers (QS World University Rankings 2022).
Our campus is located in Coventry, close to Warwickshire towns such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington-Spa and Warwick, giving students city life, peaceful countryside, history and culture on their doorstep to explore. Awarded UK’s City of Culture 2021, Coventry sits in the heart of England, one hour by train from London.
We provide a welcoming environment that’s safe but never dull, a place where students can be themselves and form long-lasting friendships. You’ll enjoy the freedom to be independent but with the security of knowing you’re surrounded by people who can support you and share your experience.
We aim to have the most physically active campus community in the UK. To do this we’ve invested heavily in a new Sports Hub.
All of this means you will be welcomed to a supportive, energetic campus community where you can stretch yourself personally, professionally and academically.

Warwick Admissions
Our typical minimum entry requirements for students taking the US High School Diploma can be equated to our published UK A Level requirements as follows:
3 APs including any subject requirements
or
2 APs and 1 SAT Subject Test including any subject requirements and no subject lap over
A Level Requirement of A*AA = 3 APs at 5,5,5 or 2 APs at 5,5 + 1 SAT Subject Test at 720
A Level Requirement of AAA = 3 APs at 5,5,5 or 2 APs at 5,5 + 1 SAT Subject Test at 700
A Level Requirement of AAB = 3 APs at 5,5,4 or 2 APs at 5,5 + 1 SAT Subject Test at 650
A Level Requirement of ABB = 3 APs at 5,4,4 or 2 APs at 5,5 + 1 SAT Subject Test at 650
Although these are Warwick’s typical entry requirements, we may be able to consider students taking other qualification mixes.
We welcome applications from students who have not yet taken all their APs before the time of application, if they are on track to achieve the overall required grades in their senior year. The decision on your application will be based on your previous academic background, your senior year predicted academic grades, and also the motivation and passion that you demonstrate for the subject that you’re applying to in your personal statement.
Our North America team would welcome the opportunity to support you if you'd like to learn more about applying to study in the UK.
