    Overview

    Make a difference in the lives of older adults as a DOROT Teen Intern! Each school year DOROT welcomes high school students in ninth through twelfth grades to intern after-school one afternoon a week. This is a unique opportunity for ongoing community service that meaningfully connects teens with older adults in a variety of intergenerational activities. Teens receive high-quality training and service hours. Applications are now open for the 2025 Spring Semester, which starts March 31!

    Workshops include: Chess, Home Visits, and an Arts Workshop. Teens new to DOROT must attend an in-person group interview / information session after application.
