Our online research internships in Business, Medicine, Law, and Engineering offer students aged 15-18 a unique opportunity to collaborate with a world-elite expert in their field. These internships span a range of disciplines and curricula, allowing you to push the boundaries of knowledge in your chosen field. As part of the program, you'll coauthor an original research paper alongside fellow students, guided by your expert mentor.
Expand your knowledge in your chosen subject while gaining valuable research skills and hands-on experience in advanced study within your field. You will have the opportunity to become a published author by submitting your completed research paper to our open-access academic journal or another scholarly publication.

Internship Overview
During your internship, you will learn specialized research techniques, review existing literature, and conduct original research on your selected topic. You will actively contribute ideas to the project's success, developing technical skills and practical expertise in your discipline. Your final paper will be reviewed by your mentor and submitted to either our open-access academic journal or another scholarly publication.
Internships are held on Saturdays or Sundays over a four-week period, allowing participation during the school year or alongside a World Scholars Academy summer course. Interns should plan to spend at least three hours each week outside of live sessions to work on their research projects. World Scholars Academy business internships include:
- Maximum of six (6) students per class
- Personalized feedback and academic guidance
- Co-authorship of a research paper submitted for publication
- Eligibility for the WSR Best Review Award competition
- A certificate of completion
