Bridging both urban and natural environments, the program stimulates ideas, experimentation and connection and enriches the appreciation and understanding of place, people and objects.

The Venetian Workshop is made up of:

• Intensive perspective taking with leading international creatives passionate about their work
• Future skills including aesthetics, diplomacy, hospitality, publicity, digital management, authenticity and connoisseurship
• Deep immersion in the Venetian lifestyle, culture, and history, plus Italian style and language
• Structured brainstorm-your-life sessions

Across the day and the week, you are equally likely to find yourself in a gallery, in nature, a private home, an atelier, a theatre or lecture hall.  Enjoy the inherent natural freedom of Venice and weekly trips to neighbouring UNESCO world heritage sites.

The residency provides a dedicated peer group, varied academic content, mentorship and feedback, and support to nurture the creative process. 

Concentrated work is interspersed with great sights, delicious food, good company and good times.
