    Overview

    Study abroad in the vibrant capital city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Expore the historic neighborhoods and grand avenues of the Paris of South America. Experience the unique cuture and activities that this cosmopolitan city is famous for such as tango shows, museum visits, and theater performances.

    Study at the renowned Academia Buenos Aires Spanish Institute or the University of Belgrano and earn college credit. Arcos Journeys Abroad provides quality academic support and assistance while students are on their study abroad program.

    Students live with local homestays for a complete immersion experience into Argentine culture. Classes are on the weekdays and then participate on weekend excursions and afternoon cultural activities. There is the opportunity to perform community service/volunteer work. Students will cultivate relationships, gain language skills, and produce memories to last a lifetime!

    Weekend excursions include visiting a Gaucho ranch, boating the mystical Rio de la Plata (the widest river in the world), and a visit to the historical Uruguayan town of Colonia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    Cultural activities include visiting La Boca (a neighborhood built by Italian immigrants), experiencing the passion of a tango performance, and exploring the many world-class museums of Buenos Aires.
