    Build Spanish language fluency: learn from grassroots activists, and engage with diverse Mesoamerican communities, cultures, and territories throughout Guatemala and southern Mexico. For students interested in exploring grassroots activism, sustainable agriculture, Latin American colonial history, and dramatically improving their Spanish-speaking skills through classes and cultural immersion.
