    Overview

Founded in 1908 by the respected Bay Area educator John Sheehan Drew, the school has grown from a one student "coaching school" to a fully accredited co-educational college preparatory school enrolling 296 students in grades 9 through 12.

Our challenging academics, engaging teachers and rich variety of co-curricular opportunities all make Drew unique. From focused interaction with each grade levels developmental step to the culminating Senior Project, students discover a deeper understanding of the world and their place in it. Truly, at Drew each kid counts. That concept is alive in the classroom, on the athletic field, under the stage lights, through international and domestic travel programs and service, and every day at Drew.
