    Overview

The Siena School prepares bright, college-bound students with language-based learning differences, such as dyslexia, to become confident, curious learners who understand their personal strengths and gain the tools and strategies to excel, for grades 3-12.

Campuses in Silver Spring, Maryland and Oakton, Virginia. Our program is designed for students with mild to moderate needs who experience a discrepancy between their intellectual abilities and academic achievement in one or more areas such as reading, writing, oral expression or math. Siena is only equipped to serve students that are emotionally healthy and behaviorally appropriate. While some of our students may exhibit mild Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), we are unable to serve students with more significant emotional, social or behavioral challenges. Learning needs are the primary focus for our students.
