SAT & ACT Test Prep Course
The SAT and ACT courses feature 16 hours of instruction from field-experienced instructors, two full-length practice tests with official post-test analysis, and small class experiences. Test Prep courses are offered online or live online.
College Admissions Essay Individualized Tutorial Support
Gain the skills necessary for personal essay writing for college admissions. Students will learn to analyze and break down prompts for the UC Personal Insight questions and the Common Application essay prompts. Instruction will focus on college admissions essay writing as a process that includes reading the essay questions carefully, brainstorming and outlining, drafting, and editing drafts of essays tailored to the essay questions, learning to self-edit final drafts for common grammar and usage issues, and acquiring skills necessary to perform research on college and university websites for supplementary questions.
