    The WWF-US Youth Conservation Leadership Award celebrates the achievements of exceptional young people (18-30) working toward conservation solutions in the United States. It seeks to inspire other young people to get involved in opportunities within their communities. Apply now!

    WWF is seeking to recognize young conservationists who are making outstanding strides for protecting nature and biodiversity. The WWF-US Youth Conservation Leadership Award honors exceptional leaders between 18 and 30 years of age working toward conservation solutions in the United States. These leaders are making strides across issues including climate change mitigation, wildlife conservation, environmental justice, food waste, and habitat protection. The winner of the $5,000 award can use it to further their academic or professional development related to conservation.?? 

    Criteria for eligibility:

    US resident between 18-30 years old

    You are ineligible if you are:

    • a Federal, state or local government employee
    • a WWF network current or former staff member or immediate family
    • a past winner of the WWF-US Conservation Leadership Award
