    Overview

    This program offers all 16-17 year old campers a session that focuses on group building, goal setting, teamwork, tolerance and compromise, integrity, role modeling, & community service. Each candidate is required to apply for the position and is interviewed prior to their selection. After their program at camp, LITs remain involved in workshops and meetings each month. Topics include career and college readiness, financial literacy, leadership, and career mentorship.
