    Overview

The Ámaxa Student Impact Program is a one-of-a-kind remote volunteer and leadership program designed specifically for high school students. We match you to a team of other students from around the world and a mentor who will guide you in implementing a real solution for one of our 8 volunteer projects over 3 months.

Our projects are high-impact, innovative, and community-driven. We have partnered with nonprofits in Palestine, Liberia, and Uganda whose community-founded solutions are innovative in their fields, such as ISNAD Community Center's approach to community-based learning, the first in its area, and the Nyaka School's holistic approach to supporting AIDS-affected communities.
