    Overview

    We believe summer is the perfect time for exploration, creativity, and growth. Designed for curious minds and adventurous spirits, Avenues Summer programs combine hands-on, project-based learning with plenty of fun. Whether your child is diving into language immersion, mastering chess strategy and tactics at Chess Camp, or investigating the environmental impact of microplastics in our Summer Mastery Academy, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, create, and play.

    Chess Camp - Students in Grades 1-9 will sharpen their chess skills, tackle mind-bending puzzles, compete in exciting strategy challenges, and face off in mock tournaments. Between matches, they’ll enjoy our Wellness and Movement classes, and outdoor play to recharge and refocus. 

    Summer Mastery Academy - This Avenues signature program invites rising 8th and 9th graders to dive into the complex relationship between human activity and the environment, with a special focus on microplastics and their impact on ecosystems and human health.

    Immersion Camp develops students’ global perspectives through engaging, hands-on projects all in Chinese, Spanish or English. Immersion Camp is for Rising Nursery - Grade 5 students.
