Investments, Financial Planning & You (IFPY) is a week-long, hands-on summer program for high school students eager to build their financial knowledge. The Investing, Finance, and Personal Wealth Management Program (IFPY) at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business is an engaging and interactive summer program designed for high school students of all academic backgrounds, from rising freshmen to recently graduated seniors.
Whether you’re curious about investing, want to learn how to manage your money, or are thinking about a future career in finance, this program helps you build a strong foundation — no prior experience needed! Our expert instructors guide you step-by-step through fundamental finance concepts, from budgeting and saving to stocks, investing, and wealth management strategies.

Program Overview
This is a commuter-only, non-residential program, designed to allow students to return home each day. Students have the option to opt-in for lunch, but parking is not included.
Schedule: Classes are held daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Location: The program takes place at the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine

Program Cost: The total cost for the Investments, Financial Planning & You (IFPY) program is $1,395 per week, which includes a $600 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

Students may choose to attend one week of programming. Each week covers the same core curriculum.
