This program is an excellent opportunity for students interested in politics, government, and the public interest. Throughout the course of the program, students are expected to take three classes and experience the government in action. They will be able to apply what they have learned in the classroom and receive an insider's feel for politics. One of the required courses focuses on the American Government and Politics. They can expect to learn about the Constitution and the ideas of federalism. Other required courses include the Foundations of Political Thought and Topics in Public Policy. Students can choose between a variety of lengths and pricepoints to find something that fits their schedule and budget.
