    Overview

    The Emerging Leaders Summer Internship Program (ELSIP) is a partnership between the City of Austin, Bank of America, and the Quality of Life Foundation. This paid summer internship offers Austin-area high school students the chance to develop leadership skills and gain work experience in various career fields based on their interests. ELSIP also includes two educational field trips. Applicants must be City of Austin residents and currently enrolled in an Austin-area high school.
