The Mountaineers program is designed for teens in grades 7 - 11 who love the outdoors! Campers will have the chance to participate in our whole array of camp activities as well as special adventures designed especially for these older campers. Mountaineers will have the time to really get into their nature experiences and focus on outdoor and woods living skills and crafts, including archery.
Campers experience more in-depth introductions and skill practice in their activities. There is a focus on Archery, Outdoor and Woods Living Skills & Crafts, and experiences in Nature. Each week features an outcamp excursion to nearby natural features, streams, lakes, and the higher mountains, with options for high-country Wilderness Hiking.
