    Columbia University Summer Immersion: New York City 3-Week Residential

    Overview

    For a truly immersive college experience, students who will be 16 years of age or older at the program’s start are eligible to reside on our Morningside Campus: a serene academic community where they will always be mere steps away from classrooms, libraries, amenities—and New York City.

    Students will choose from over 70 courses in a dozen subject areas, spending about four hours in class every weekday with a two-hour midday break. Classes are taught by expert instructors who will challenge students to think independently, critically, and creatively, with both open-mindedness and precision.

    Course options include Architecture, Design & Urban Studies, Arts, Business & Entrepreneurship, Economics, Creative Writing, Law, Marketing & Communications, Mathematics, Philosophy & Humanities, Physical Sciences, Politics, Psychology, and Technology.

    PROGRAM COST - $12,449.00 per session

    ACTIVITIES FEE - $65.00 per session

    HEALTH SERVICE FEE - $195.00 per session

    TECHNOLOGY FEE - $35.00 per session

     

    The NYC Residential Summer program offers the following options:

    Session A - 3 Weeks: June 24–July 12, 2024 (June 23 move-in)

    Session B - 3 Weeks: July 16–August 2, 2024 (July 15 move-in)

    Session AB - 6 Weeks: June 24–August 2, 2024 (June 23 move-in)
