    Overview

Starline is a 6-month educational program that features a 30-day summer stay in Europe. It combines life-skills development with the unique opportunity to experience cultures in five different countries! While you travel to England, France, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland, you'll practice speaking another language, visit ffamous landmarks, and work with coaches who will help you enhance your communication skills, become more self-aware & be responsibly independent.

    The Program

Starline is a selective program designed for 25 motivated students who want the ultimate travel experience that combines experiential learning with a lot of fun! Students will be part of a 6-month cohort who will meet in person for 30 days while traveling to England, France, Italy, Germany & Switzerland.

    Why six months?

The heart of Starline is a European summer stay, however, this is not your usual summer camp or educational tour. A unique feature of Starline is the opportunity to participate in a tailor-made life skills curriculum offered exclusively for students on the program. Facilitated by two of Europe’s top executive coaches, this portion of the Starline journey is what makes the program like no other.

    Program Highlights

Two months prior to departure, students will meet virtually to get to know their cohort, to receive cultural immersion training, and to create intentions for what skills they individually want to develop while on the program.

In Europe they’ll work with executive coaches through a fun and engaging curriculum, designed to help students learn and practice valuable life skills such as interpersonal communication, decision-making, critical thinking, self-awareness, resilience, stress management, and problem solving. There will be plenty of opportunities to take language classes, visit important cultural landmarks, and to explore career paths by visiting various work establishments.

Upon their return home, the coaching support continues for an additional three months with important opportunities to reflect on what they learned about themselves and other cultures, as well as receive ongoing guidance toward reaching the life skills goals they identified during their time in Europe.
