    Overview

Amid New York’s Catskill Mountains, our camps instill our timeless traditions (singing hoopla, USB, the hula hop) and our 8 core values (caring, community, diversity, honesty, inclusiveness, respect, responsibility, stewardship). We have a variety of easy to challenging camps for all ages and experience levels along with a great selection of places to see and things to do that will allow each camper to learn skills for the future

Your tech-loving teen will come to Frost valley and unplug, take healthy risks, and make lifelong friends. You'll hardly recognize them when they come home! Teens tranform into confident young adults here in this 5,500-acre Catskill mountain camp.

Give your teen the summer of a lifetime on an Adventure Trip, where options include backpacking, kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, or volunteering with organizations like Habit for Humanity. Visit places like Main, Vermont, West Virginia, the Adirondacks, and the White Mountains of New Hampshire!

Teens love traditional sleep-away camp, where events include our very own "Hirdstock" a vibrant, open-air talent show; "Olympix," a camp-wide teambuidling sporting event; and Fireworks over Lake Cole for Fourth of July. Campers enjoy activities like boating/canoeing, climbing, hiking, sports, arts and crafts, ziplining, high and low ropes courses, swimming, archery, and more!

Our all-girls horse camp is world renowned for taking both novice and experienced equestrians to the next level. Girls become leaders and strangers, lifelong friends.

At our Ultimate Survival Camp, campers will learn basic survival skills in the rugged terrain as well as shelter building, orienteering, fire building, fishing, and outdoor cooking. They will learn how to build things from natural resources in the woods for “survival”.

Farm Camp is perfect for teens who want to get to know just where their food comes from. Take part in the process of growing, harvesting and preparing produce this summer, while also enjoying traditional camp activities like swimming, sports, arts and crafts and more.
