    Overview

Our philosophy is to provide an A-to-Z fundamental instruction on all aspects of hitting, pitching and defense. We will introduce and demonstrate various drills that are tailored to the specific parts of the game as well as ideas for a positive team approach.

Under the direction of GFS Varsity Baseball Head Coach Randy Mower, who is a former minor league and Division I pitcher, and GFS Varsity Softball Head Coach Alison Hammond, baseball and softball players will develop essential skills, hone their strategic thinking, improve fitness and confidence, and most importantly, have a terrific time with others who share their passion. Campers will focus on improving their hitting, base-running, and other team fundamentals, in addition to developing their defensive skills and strategies in the infield, outfield, pitching, and catching. The coaching team will also introduce and demonstrate drills and will incorporate this instruction and drill work into simulated games. Batter up!
