Subjects include psychology, creative writing, Political Science, or Civil War Era Studies as well as a variety of sports camps including men's lacrosse, swimming, football & women's soccer. Located in the heart of historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Gettysburg College provides an incomparable location for your summer camp experience.

    Civil War Era Studies Camp

    The goal of Civil War Era Studies Camp is to provide a window into the history of the American Civil War. What are some of the major questions of the Civil War? Campers will be virtually introduced to research in the Civil War in a fun, challenging, and engaging environment. Campers will not simply learn about the Civil War, they will travel the actual fields visit archives holdings to view original diaries, letters, and photos. Perfect for students interested in history and the Civil War, this camp gives rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors an insider’s view of the field and preparation for college studies.

    Camp Psych Virtual Camp

    Camp Psych provides rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors a window into how psychological science works. Campers will get hands-on experience that introduces them to research in psychology in a fun, challenging, and engaging environment. Campers will not simply learn about cutting edge issues and research in psychology this camp gives students an insider view of the field as well as preparation for college studies.

    Young Writers Workshop Camp

    Come enjoy a college-level creative writing experience. In our seminars and workshops you will develop your unique writing voice, and write your own story in one or more genres--poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and writing for stage and screen. Prepare to be inspired. Meet new friends who share your passion for creative writing and your interest in poetry, fiction, nonfiction and writing for stage and screen.     Eisenhower Institute’s Civic Engagement Camp

    Built on the tradition of Dwight D. Eisenhower’s commitment to public service, this college-level program is designed for highly motivated high school students who have a passion for understanding the importance of civic engagement within the American political system. This experience presents student leaders with challenging academic questions, real-world situations, and exposure to—and close discussions with—subject matter experts.
