Global Medical Squads- Global Medical Academy Recently Updated

Global Medical Academy programs deliver primary health care services by providing mobile medical clinics in under-resourced communities abroad alongside our physicians, nurses and pharmacists. Students gain 30+ hours of documented medical service hours assisting with triage, shadowing the physicians, providing education workshops, helping to distribute medicine in the pharmacy.

Global Medical Academy programs are 8-day medical service trips in June open to individuals, 2 students traveling together, or chapters of 3+ participants (with one free faculty/advisor w/ 3-6 students and 2 free w/ 7+) to join an elite cohort from across the country.  Program fees include all in- country expenses, including meals, lodging, transport, scheduled touristic activities, professional staffing, travel medical insurance, and clinic contributions.  Each program is staffed by a team of our professionally trained in-country staff including Coordinators, Paramedics, Translators, Drivers, and Homebase Manager who provide 24/7 support and supervision.
