Since the very first Build, our priorities have stayed the same:
1. Focus on the needs of the community
To make a lasting impact, it’s important to listen, because no one knows the needs of a community better than the community itself! We work alongside our global neighbours to complete projects that help meet the needs that they have identified.
2. Build authentic relationships
The core strength of everything we do is always centred around authentic relationships, where we learn from, and are encouraged by, each other. This includes both the relationships we have with each other and the communities we serve.
3. Empowerment for all
