    Interlochen Arts Camp is a world-renowned summer arts program where young artists hone their talents, grow as individuals, and flourish creatively.

    Interlochen Arts Camp is a world-renowned summer arts program, offering more than 100 different artistic programs, making it easy to find a program that fits your age, skill level, and summer schedule. Focused and fast-paced, high school programs are ideal for students who want to take their skills to the next level. Enriching classes, regular guest artist visits, and one-on-one coachings prepare students for end-of-session showcases - and their next chapter.

    High-schoolers also have ample opportunity to enjoy Interlochen’s scenic campus and bond with peers from all artistic disciplines. Located in the northwest corner of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, Interlochen is nestled in a scenic region, full of pine forests, rolling sand dunes, and placid lakes. Students find reflection, rejuvenation, and inspiration on Interlochen’s pristine, 1,200-acre campus. Surrounded by peers who share their artistic passion and curiosity, students forge cross-cultural friendships that last a lifetime, while enjoying the fun, time-honored traditions of camp.

    High school camp programs run for a duration of one-, three-, or six-weeks. Most require an audition or portfolio as part of the application process, and more than 70% of students who apply for assistance receive financial aid. Visit our website for more information and how to apply.

    The application deadline for the summer program is Jan. 15. Any applications submitted after the deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis. Space is limited, and programs fill quickly. Students are encouraged to apply early and by deadline.

    Interlochen Arts Camp is accredited by the State of Michigan, Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), and a member of the American Camping Association.
