High school students between the ages of 13-18 are invited to take part in our fun and educational summer camp experience at Kendalls state-of-the-art facility located on Chicagos Goose Island.
Kendall College’s Teen Camps immerse you in the world of culinary arts or business for one week or the entire summer. Learn, play, eat, explore and experience all that Kendall and Chicago have to offer. Beyond the skills learned in the kitchen or classroom, campers will also enjoy Chicago in the evenings before returning to their accommodations. Whether it be going to the theatre, touring Chicago by bus or boat, playing at Dave and Buster’s or WhirlyBall or eating at a fine dining restaurant, teens will definitely expand their horizons.
All campers who attend Summer Culinary Camp are awarded a $1,000 Scholarship towards tuition at Kendall College. The scholarship is awarded evenly over the first three quarters of full-time enrollment.
Campers will stay in apartment-style student housing in the heart of Chicago just steps from great cultural institutions, shopping and entertainment – from Millennium Park to the historic Magnificent Mile to the Art Institute of Chicago. The units feature high-quality furnishings, spectacular views of the city and 24-hour security. Camp counselors will also stay onsite in the dorm to enforce safety, security and curfew.
