    Overview

Join us for the ultimate Culinary Arts Camp. At camp, we source ingredients from local Whole Foods Markets to make sure you are working with delicious, high quality ingredients. This allows us to incorporate high quality ingredients into our meals and empower our campers to continue creating great tasting dishes.

At Culinary Camp, you will have a blast learning how to cook (AM session) and bake (PM session) each day.

Our mission is to provide a hands-on learning experience in a safe environment that creates a great cooking camp! Lavner culinary instructors are excellent cooks and bakers, and have experience with a diverse background of culinary dishes. Some are even Food Network Stars! Work with homemade recipes and fresh ingredients. You also learn about healthy eating, kitchen and food safety, and how to work well with others! To achieve great culinary success, this camp combines the consumer science discipline with the artistry of creating great meals.

Campers are divided into two groups: Sous Chefs (ages 7 to 10) and Executive Chefs (ages 11 to 14).

Throughout the day, you will enjoy culinary lessons with our instructors. The variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts made each week include international and domestic favorites, and vary from week to week. Culinary Arts Camp is a fantastic way to meet friends with similar interests, learn lifelong skills, and have fun! The best part of each day, of course, is eating the tasty food and desserts, and bringing any extras home for the whole family to enjoy.
