At Lavner Summer Camps : TECH R3VOLUTION™ we are devoted to providing campers with exciting and interactive learning opportunities in Robotics, Game Design, App Design, Programming, Web Development, Design & Modding with Minecraft™, Filmmaking, and so much more!
Lavner Summer Camps : TECH R3VOLUTION™ campers are placed into two divisions, the Innovators (ages 8 to 11) and the Game Changers (ages 12 to 14), and are positioned for success with excellent instruction and exposure to a wide range of programming and cutting-edge curriculum. Each week campers select one “Major” and one “Minor,” which allows them to focus in and greatly improve their skills and understanding of the subject material.
Our TECH TEAM of instructors is comprised of industry professionals, college professors, STEM teachers, graduate & undergraduate students, and more. Our TECH TEAM is super talented and passionate about the material they are teaching our campers, and our instructor to camper ratios are typically 1 instructor to 7 campers, or better!
Residential campers have the luxury of staying in the very comfortable, newly renovated apartment-style dorms on campus. All meals are included in tuition (for both residential stay campers and day campers), and campers eat in West Chester University’s cafeteria, which has been nationally recognized for the quality of their food.
Camp trips are also taken each Saturday! These tech-inspired trips are open to residential stay campers and day campers, and are a great supplement to the camp week. Each camp trip is interactive, educational, and fun. This year our campers will take trips to the Sony Wonder Technology Lab in New York City, Hershey Park & the Chocolate Factory in Hershey, PA, the Spy Museum in Washington D.C., the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, PA, and the National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C. Camp trips are carefully chosen to provide our campers with eye opening and dynamic experiences, and are grand finales to a great week of camp!
Our camp office values a high level of communication with our camp families. We are accessible to answer your questions personally and we strive to make your child’s summer camp experience first class and memorable!
