    Overview

Programme OverviewGlobal Achievers Academy is a two-week summer programme designed for students aged 13-17. We empower young people to become global change-makers through an innovative curriculum focused on leadership, sustainability, and technology. Our mission is to inspire students to tackle today’s pressing issues and develop the skills needed to become responsible, impactful global citizens.

    Destinations

Students can join us at UCL in London or Harvard & Tufts University in Boston.

    Accommodation

Students joining the programme in London will stay in the brand new, state-of-the-art, student residence at UCL in single rooms, each with their private bathroom. The residence, located within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, is within easy walking distance of the classes and dining hall all located on the UCL East campus.

    Curriculum Highlights

Our unique curriculum is based on 5 diverse key subjects:

    1. Technology & the Future
    2. Humanities
    3. Sustainability & the Environment
    4. Leadership
    5. Finance & Economics

Our students enjoy broadening their horizons by studying a number of inter-connected topics during their time with us. Our curriculum provides an exciting approach to learning about global leadership and the world in which our students will eventually lead!

    Professional workshops

We organise interactive workshops designed to build essential life skills and expand the knowledge of our students. Combining practical learning with creativity, our sessions focus on communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership development.

Through group workshop activities and real-world applications, we foster collaboration, inspire curiosity, and empower our future leaders to tackle challenges with resilience and vision.

    Guest Speakers

In both of our destinations, our students have the opportunity to hear from and learn from experts in their field. Sharing real-life experiences or years of academic research, our guest speakers are well placed to enhance the topics our students are learning about and they are an important part of the programme.

    Cultural and Educational Activities

At the Global Achievers Academy in Boston, students partake in diverse cultural and educational activities providing a mix of entertainment and education such as:

    • Day trips to Oxford and Cambridge
    • Thorpe Park
    • West End musical
    • Sessions with guest speakers
    • Professional workshops
    • Focus on UN 17 SDG
    • Focus on developing 21st-century skills and building global citizens
    • University tours and visits.
