MTC is THE co-ed overnight summer camp for teens, 12-17. Device-free, close to nature, and elective, MTC is an amazing option for campers looking to reset, reconnect, and have fun with their summer.

Approx 2 hours north of Boston, MTC is almost entirely surrounded by water. We make the most of out beautiful natural setting by maintaining a device-free camp, a fully elective program, and a commitment to connecting with nature while connecting with community.
Campers from across the US and around the world create a diverse and welcoming community, free of cliques and sharing common goals to meet new people, make new friends, and have fun. Our campers appreciate that MTC is free of the cliques and bullying that make it hard for a teenager to attend a camp that starts at age 7 or 8. They love the fully elective program that is designed to be engaging and challenging to adolescents, and the in-depth instruction that is only offered in a summer camp setting.
Unlike a travel program, MTC offers excellent supervision and support from caring adult staff, who serve as role models and mentors. MTC also offers the stability and structure of a summer camp, with a modern and fully staffed health center, excellent food service, comfortable cabins, and expansive grounds.
Whereas college programs are narrow in scope, offering a continuation of the academic year, MTC recognizes summer as unique, and opportunity to do and become more than a line on an application. Unlike campus based programs, MTC allows campers to build the vital self-reliance, communication, collaboration, and creativity that they need to thrive in college and beyond. The device-free nature of camp allows everyone to be present, and available.Our fully elective program has several highlights. The best tennis professionals the NorthEast; a music program powered by a recording studio and professional musicians who offer a range of instruction; excellent watersports featuring new Malibu response ski boats; cooking classes taught by actual chefs; dance, acting, and theater classes; land sports; a wild variety of creative arts; water sports; community service; leadership; and much more.
MTC is simply the best experience for adolescents in 2025. A chance to reset, reconnect, and have fun. Spending too much time indoors, looking at screens, and being under stress is not good for teenagers during the year, they don’t need to do more of it during the summer.
