    Overview

    Students gain the computer science skills needed to make an impact and prepare for tech careers in our FREE summer camp programs. Summer camp participants get exposure to tech jobs, meet LGBT+ leaders in tech careers, and find community in our supportive safe space for youth to be their full authentic selves; all while building the tech competencies.

    Are camps are designed and led by LGBT+ youth.  

    We have 5 Camps to Choose From 1 virtual / 4 in-person camps

    • Bay Area SF/Oakland

    ?Things to know before you register:

    • Camps are open to LGBT+ youth and allies with an interest in tech careers or the tech sector. No tech experience is needed to be part of the camp experience.
    • Youth must be able to commit to attending the full program.
    • Youth attending the National Virtual Camp will need to have access to a computer and strong wifi (let us know if you need support with access).
    • In-person camps Maven Youth provides all the laptops for youth.
    • All meals (breakfast/lunch) are provided for free
    • Youth must willing to be on Zoom or other video meeting tools (being on camera is a requirement).

    There is no cost to participate thanks to our generous sponsors, donors, and volunteers!
