Dive into the World of Robotics!
Come to campus ready to explore the exciting world of robotics! Using LEGO SPIKE Prime, teams of campers will invent, design, and build their own robots while learning the fundamentals of computer programming.
By integrating motors and sensors with the SPIKE microcomputer, campers will program their robots to respond to their environment—reacting to light, avoiding obstacles, and completing interactive challenges. During the second half of camp, they'll put their newfound skills to the test by tackling tasks on a FIRST LEGO League mat.
This hands-on program encourages creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while introducing key STEM concepts in math, science, programming, and engineering. Guided by an experienced instructor, campers will work in small teams to explore and apply their skills in an engaging, collaborative environment.
No prior robotics experience is needed! All materials are provided.
