Discovery your leadership potential and EXPORE WHAT'S POSSIBLE!
The Summer Leadership Academy will host up to 70 young women who are current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors in high school. Students will participate in a robust 5-day, 4-night immersive leadership, college preparation, and career exploration program where they will earn 2 college credits from Mount Mary University and enjoy the campus living experience.
Sessions for college readiness and leadership development are led by Milwaukee business leaders and Mount Mary faculty and include, among others:
Unlocking Your Leadership Potential
Racial and Social Dynamics As a Leader
Networking; Building Your Brand
College readiness; college application and financial aid process
Afternoon sessions on career exploration will be led by Mount Mary University faculty and will highlight the following career pathways:
