    Overview

This three-week program is designed for motivated rising 9th and 10th graders interested in developing their own leadership styles including social and supervisory skills. CITs spend one week learning leadership skills, followed by two weeks working in the field with a mentor who will provide constructive feedback. Successful participants may be encouraged to apply for a counselor position in next summer.
