POLIMODA: Pre-College Summer Programs

Located in the heart of Florence, Polimoda’s Pre-College Summer Program immerses students in the fashion world through creative course work and supervised educational visits to artisan workshops, fashion ateliers, manufacturing factories and more. Participants learn first-hand through life-changing Tuscan experiences and discover what it really means to pursue a career in fashion. 

Throughout the transformative program, students attend college level fashion courses taught in English by industry leaders in their field and visit fashion museums, companies and productions. They are also taken on unique field trips according to their chosen program. Participants will gain valuable insight on the real world of fashion industry professionals, uncover employment prospects in the industry and even learn how to create an impressive curriculum. The Pre-College Program gives students a jump start on planning their future in fashion.

Once you’ve landed in Florence, we've got you covered! Polimoda's Pre-College Summer program offers a Florence Airport Shuttle to your accommodation on arrival and departure day.

POLIMODA LIVING
During your Polimoda Summer, you will live in a trendy Florentine accommodation in the city center within walking distance of Polimoda! A 24/7 in-house resident advisor will accompany students at all times and offer support. You will enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning as well as dinner each night at a local restaurant or hotel restaurant. Public transportation tickets will also be provided. 

WHO CAN REGISTER?
Polimoda looks forward to welcoming motivated high school students who are at least 16 years of age and who have completed their sophomore or junior years of high school by the start of the program.
