Throughout the week, each player will be involved with strength training, speed training, balance work, core training, agility training, plyometrics, stretching techniques and much more. Camps take place at the Rodman Arena in Walpole, MA, Nantucket Ice Arena, and The Arenas at Woodbridge, NJ.
We offer Full and Half Day Camps as well as Boarding Camps during select weeks throughout the summer!
