Slovenski Camps

Slovenski Camps offers a variety of co-ed residential one week specialty camps, each featuring coaches and tutors with specialized knowledge and years of experience, as well as traditional summer camps. Our camps offer specialized instruction with a mixture of modern technology and summer camp traditions. Camp is located on a beautiful wooded peninsula extending into Panther Pond, a clean, warm lake about forty minutes northwest of Portland, Maine. 

A day at camp contains many structured activities, but also some free periods that teach kids how to interact with their peers, and give campers the freedom they enjoy at school recess or playing with friends in the neighborhood.  Each evening concludes with a campfire that features contests, singing, dancing, recognition, stories, and encouragement for good standards of outdoor living and self-reliance.
