    Overview

    Experience living and learning this summer on the beautiful Smith College campus in Northampton, Massachusetts.

    2025 Programs: Creative Writing Workshop, Summer Science and Engineering, Women, Gender and Representation, Sustainable Futures, and College Readiness. Smith Precollege Programs are open to students entering 9-12th grade in the fall of 2025. Courses are not for credit. Smith College is among the top-rated liberal arts colleges in the United States.

    Smith Precollege Programs offer high school students a unique opportunity to experience college life on campus. Our summer programs allow you to explore academic interests and develop new skills without the pressure of tests, credits, or grades. You'll have the chance to learn from esteemed faculty, make new friends from around the world, and dive deeper into your passions.
