    Steps NYC: Summer Intensive

    Overview

    The Steps Youth Program Summer Intensive consists of five curated week-long programs offering dancers ages 10-18 the opportunity to strengthen technique and cultivate personal artistry in an exciting, challenging, and nurturing environment. Each week features Steps’ core faculty and guest teachers who will engage the dancers in a variety of styles. 

    Participants are surrounded by a community of like-minded dancers who work with each other to develop friendships and connections to last a lifetime. Mornings start with technique classes; afternoon classes mix styles to provide well-rounded training, and each day ends with repertory workshops in which dancers will learn a piece of choreography from a guest choreographer. Each week culminates in a special studio performance on Saturday afternoon.

     

    Dancers may attend a single week, multiple weeks, or any combination of weeks.

    We are accepting a limited number of in-person registrations per week which will be assigned in the order payment is received.
