    Overview

    Stetson University's Summer Saxophone Workshop is an awesome opportunity for saxophonists entering 7th through 12th grade. Find out more!

    During this weeklong intensive, musicians will focus on mastering the fundamental principles of saxophone practice and performance. This program places an emphasis on technique and individual feedback. In fact, eligible students may be able to receive private lessons and can audition to perform during the young artists' concert! Students can also expect plenty of masterclasses, jazz classes, and chamber groups. They will partake in a saxophone band throughout their time there and have the chance to perform during the final concert. Students will surely walk away from this program with new friends, improved technique, and invaluable performative experience!
