    What are the apprenticeships?

    Baking: 8 weeks of hands-on paid baking and business experience. 2 days per week of baking in a commercial kitchen with a real professional chef. 1 day of deliveries and taking orders for next week’s desserts. 1 day of business skills: Marketing, budgeting, sales and resume building

    Fashion Design: 8 weeks of hands-on sewing and fashion business experience. 2 days per week sewing and clothing creation lessons. 1 day of free project time to work on garments or an online store. 1 day of business skills: Marketing, styling, sales and resume building

    Who Can Apply: Youth entering 8th-12th gradesWhen is it?June 21-August 12Part time, 2-3 hours a day, 4 days a week (you can still have another job!)Tue-Thurs 2-5pm, Fridays 2-4pm

    How much will I be paid? $500 for the 8 week program, paid in weekly installments if you attend all 4 sessions/week
