    Overview

    This summer KoaSports staff will join with the Thunderbolts to provide expert baseball instruction at all of our camps. Camps are operated regardless of weather conditions. The Thunderbolts have access to an enclosed area in case of inclement weather. This is a camp for baseball players. Kids have fun, and they learn the game of baseball. Emphasis is on: Fundamentals; Baseball values and discipline; Conditioning and healthy lifestyle choices.

    A. WEEK-LONG SESSIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:

    Ages 7-14 Years Old:

    June 20-24 9 a.m.-3 p.m. $275 Before April 1- $250 J

    une 27- July 1 9 a.m.-3 p.m. $275 Before April 1 - $250

    July 5-July 8 9 a.m.-3 p.m. $225 Before April 1 - $200 (No camp July 4)

    July 11- 15 9 a.m.-3 p.m. $275 Before April 1 - $250

    July 18-22 9 a.m.-3 p.m. $275 Before April 1 - $250

    Skills camp for players with at least one year of playing experience.Focus on hitting, fielding, throwing and daily game programs. Players will be grouped by age and skill level. Age groups: 7-9, 10-12, 13-14. The week-long Camps will have a 10-1 camper/counselor ratio.

     

    B. TWO DAY SPECIALTY CAMP

    Ages 11-16 (Minimum Age: Rising 5th Grader): Special instruction from Thunderbolt coaches and KoaSports staff in two days of intense baseball training.- Day 1: This session will focus on pitching fundamentals, throwing motion, strength and balance training. - Day 2: This session will focus on batting fundamentals, core strength training techniques and batting strategy. The Specialty Camps will have a 5-1 camper/counselor ratio. Specialty campers must be picked up by 12:45 each day.

    Specialty Campers may register for one day specialty camp at the rate of $100 per day. Specialty Campers may attend the week long camp after specialty camp if there are openings (space maybe limited due to field availability and camper/counselor ratios each week). Staff will not know the number of post specialty slots in the regular camp until one week before the specialty camp. Post specialty camp registration will be based on a pro-rata hourly basis.
