    Overview

    University of Houston STEM Center is excited to offer STEM based summer camps, covering topics like 3D-printing, coding, and other technology-based subjects.

    iTECH-STEM is a face-to-face/virtual summer technology camp and an innovative program promoting/teaching Computer Science (CS) and Technology topics that are popular and emerging with a STEM focus.

    Girls Coding Academy is focused on middle (rising 6th–8th graders) and high school girls—boys are invited too—learning WEB, HTML, CSS, Game Development (Scratch & Roblox Studio), and Python programming for middel school students, and Python programming and Game Design & Development, along with HPE expert discussions on artificial intelligence and cyber security for high school students.

    High School BioTechnology Academy focused on high school students (9th–12th grade) who will learn molecular biology, drug discovery, protein building, docking scenarios, COVID-19 Protein, cancer protein, and algorithms & Software for protein docking. Also, participants will connect with UH Faculty from Biology and Biochemistry departments.
