A "must" for soon-to-be or early high school students, this UGA Summer Academy program for soon-to-be or early high school students will get you excited about your future! Join us as we explore life in a college setting and learn what you can do now to become a successful undergraduate student later. Find out more!
The perfect mix of fun and college research, you'll stay in a University of Georgia residence hall, eat in the dining commons, and explore the campus of UGA, as well as several other colleges and universities – from small private colleges to larger regional universities. You'll learn what it takes to get accepted at each school, and discover all the amazing opportunities that would be available to you as a student there. And don't worry – there's plenty of fun to be had, too! We'll visit UGA's Legion Pool, Tate Student Center, the Creamery, as well as cool spots in downtown Athens, Five Points, and more. This is an amazing way to sample college life, and see what it takes to become a future college student!
Prerequisites: None. This program is open to all students in this age range who are interested in exploring a variety of college options.
