    Overnight YMCA Camp Kresge is more than just a traditional summer resident camp experience.  We offer a variety of friend-making opportunities for your child in a fun and safe environment. From our programs to cabin life, our caring and mature staff will build and strengthen your child's foundation. 

     

    YMCA Camp Kresge’s overnight camp provides an opportunity for children & teens to develop new skills, build confidence, and make lifelong friendships. From traditional camp to leadership programs, Camp Kresge has the perfect program for your camper!

    Overnight Explorer Session

    Overnight Explorer, Ages 7-16: The Overnight Explorer Session introduces campers to all the wonders of camp during a one-week session. Perfect for children who are new to overnight camping or are looking for a one-week experience. 

    Traditional Overnight Camp

    Traditional Overnight Camp, Ages 7-16: Campers will have the best summer ever as they live in a cabin with cabin mates of a similar age, along with staff members, and participate in a variety of activities throughout the two-week sessions. Our caring and well-trained staff help foster campers’ self-esteem, character, and friendships, while also creating lifelong memories.

    Leader-In-Training Program

    Leader-In-Training, Ages 13-14: Set your teen up for success by registering for the LIT program! This two-week camp program includes not only an opportunity for teens to build their leadership skills, but also to work on communication, teamwork and planning.

    Counselor-In-Training Program

    Counselor-In-Training, Ages 15-16: Application required. This three-week program provides an opportunity to learn what it takes to supervise children in a camp setting. Campers must be pre-approved by the Camp Director to participate in this program.
